Randall J. Levesque, Attorney

Randall J. Levesque is an associate attorney at The Beck Elder Law-Firm, P.C.  He concentrates in the area of estate planning and elder law which includes, but is not limited to probate, wills, trusts, power of attorney, guardianships, asset protection plans, estate administrations, applications for VA Aid & Attendance benefits and Medicaid Benefits.  He is licensed to practice law in the Missouri State Court and Rhode Island Federal and State Courts.  He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and Rhode Island Bar Association. He is a member of the Probate and Trust and Elder Law Committees of the Missouri Bar Association, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Missouri Chapter of NAELA, is a current member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County and he is an accredited attorney through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).  As an accredited VA Attorney he assists Veterans and their families in the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veteran’s benefits.  Furthermore, he regularly presents at workshops and seminars throughout the St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.   

Mr. Levesque received his B.A. degree in political science at Webster University in St. Louis, where he was involved with the student literacy corps, debate, AmeriCorps, and College Sports Radio.  Following college he relocated to Rhode Island to study law and earned his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school he worked at the RWU Disability Law Clinic, and was elected to serve on the RWU Student Bar Association as the Representative-at-Large, and notable accomplishments include hosting “Race Judicata,” a 5k benefit run for the Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Prior to returning to Missouri, Mr. Levesque practiced law in Providence, Rhode Island where he handled civil litigation, estate planning, and all matters  within the jurisdiction of the Probate Court.

Mr. Levesque was raised in St. Charles and recently returned with his wife to his hometown to raise their daughters.  He graduated from the Academy of the Sacred Heart in St. Charles and DeSmet Jesuit High School in St. Louis.
