About Diane Distl

Diane joined the Beck, Lenox & Stolzer Estate Planning and Elder Law, LLC firm in May 2018 and has worked in the field of senior services for the past 15 years. Aside from a brief stint as a nurse’s aide during college semesters, Diane’s earliest industry experience involved working with financial advisors and elder law attorneys to meet the long-term care needs of their clients. This is how she came to make Mr. Rudy Beck’s acquaintance. Diane’s other positions have included managing a home care agency and directing sales at a local assisted living community.

Diane’s work experience, combined with personal experiences of caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other chronic medical conditions, has clearly demonstrated to her the importance of proper estate and elder law planning for individuals and families. She is proud to represent Beck, Lenox & Stolzer and is very gratified to see our many happy clients encourage others to come to us for help.

Diane has one son who resides in the Kansas City area. In her spare time, she spoils the family dog, enjoys dining out, visiting with family and friends and working towards her fitness goals. Diane also enjoys hiking, biking, enjoying God’s beautiful nature and vacationing at her family’s ranch in Colorado.
