About Attorney Caroline Daiker Stolzer

St. Charles Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorneys

Caroline joined the Beck, Lenox & Stolzer Estate Planning and Elder Law firm as an Associate Attorney in August of 2019. Due to her outstanding contributions, she was appointed as a partner in 2024. Caroline was also recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2024.

She was inspired to practice elder law after the passing of her beloved grandfather, when she learned firsthand of the often overwhelming financial and legal implications the death of a loved one can cause for surviving family members. Caroline understands how overwhelming the legal intricacies of estate planning and elder law can be and seeks to make each of her clients feel heard and understood.

At Beck, Lenox & Stolzer, Caroline handles a full caseload of estate planning and elder law matters for clients. She has already earned a reputation for a high level of competency and trustworthiness, resulting in referrals from her clients to assist their families and friends.

Caroline is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, and is accredited with the Department of Veteran Affairs. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Academy for Elder Law Attorneys (MONAELA), a board member and Secretary for the Boys and Girls Club of St. Charles County and is also a member of the St. Charles Rotary Club.

Caroline attended Saint Louis University (SLU) School of Law. While attending law school, she took courses in Trusts and Estates and Estate Planning. Caroline received an Academic Excellence Award for receiving the highest grade of her peers in a course on Jury Instructions. She was also a member of the Women Law Students’ Association and served as President during her final year of law school.

Caroline comes from a long line of attorneys. Not only are her parents both attorneys, but her great grandfather, grandmother, two uncles and aunt are attorneys as well. She credits her parents with supporting her interest in practicing law and being positive role models for fair and ethical behavior. Caroline is the eldest of three sisters. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys yoga classes, traveling and spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their cats, Ralphie and Millie.
