The attorneys and staff at Beck & Lenox share your concerns about the impact of COVID-19 on our daily lives. In these uncertain times, we have every confidence that our cooperation with social distancing recommendations and the skill of our medical professionals will prevail in stopping this virus.
For many, this global pandemic has served as a reminder of how crucially important it is to prepare documents such as a Will, Trust or Power of Attorney. Our firm has adapted our normal practices to continue serving clients in this time of need.
For Current Clients
We are handling your phone calls and honoring all existing appointments as our normal practice. We will call to confirm your meeting and to provide instructions on arrival procedures for your safety and ours. Only visitors with confirmed appointments will be allowed in our office.
If you would prefer not to come into the office, we can easily transition your appointment to a secure phone or video conference. For a video conference, you will need a computer or smart phone, internet access and an email address. Call our office to request the change to a virtual meeting, and we will be happy to help set this up for you.
For New Inquiries
Anyone who has estate planning or elder law questions or who may be interested in scheduling a future in-person or virtual appointment is welcome to call us. Phone messages left outside of normal business hours will be returned by the end of the next business day.
To protect the health and safety of you and our staff, walk-in appointments or inquiries are not allowed. Only visitors with confirmed appointments will be allowed in our office.
